There's something about smoked trout & avocado that is simply magical. Add some spicy daikon and you've got a seriously addictive lunch.
Here we toast slices of freshly baked sourdough with extra virgin olive oil and a little sea salt. Add a smear of good country style dijon mustard. Top with sliced avocado, a little thinly shaved vidalia onion, fresh chopped chives from the garden, and decadent smoked trout. Hit it with some flaky sea salt and fresh ground pepper, drizzle a little more olive oil, and top it with our spicy organic daikon microgreens. Pro tip...make extra!
